This is Shubha from Kerala. I want to know where you can get a reliable conferencing service at affordable rates with unlimited access. I have tried most of the services that is available in the Indian market, either they are very costly for a small firm like ours to afford, or the quality of the service is very pathetic.
I wonder when the conferencing services would be available in India as in foreign countries like USA, where it is extensively used and also easily available at affordable pricing.
May be it is not very popular in India because Indians have not yet understood and enjoyed the benefits of conferencing, there is lack of awareness in our community. I hope to see some changes soon; it will make corporate life easier.

I logged on with a popular company in the market. But the service were not good. Sometimes there would be disturbances in the line and some of the participants would get disconnected. We had been facing this problem for quite some time and finally quit from them. Please let me know if there is a excellent conference call providers at affordable prices?

I have been taking Eagle's service since one year. Their offers are good and adaptable. They charge in a better way than the other conferencing call providers. They are the best providers in the market. Everything is good. But we have been facing some problem for quite some time. They have a monthly package of Rs. 5000/- for 25 members, but sometimes we don't use so many calls. We have to pay the amount either we utilize for 25members or not.
When you are satisfied with Eagle's services, why don't you talk to them about the charges. If you are using below 25 members per month, then you needn't pay the whole 5000/-. Talk to them and they will definitely reduce the amount. Tell them that you are a small company and cannot afford to pay the amount. They will surely understand you. Go ahead.
